FINANCIAL REPORT
– The professional events organized by the Association (IFTM trade fair, Quang Binh workshop, French TO press conference…) achieved a balanced income and expenditure.
– The Association’s operational costs (secretariat) were balanced through financial support from membership dues, sponsored contributions from businesses, event or training organization, and support for headquarters from the Vietnamese Cultural Center in France (CCV).
CONCLUSION AND ORIENTATION FOR 2025
1. Conclusion
The Association has achieved significant positive results, especially in promoting Vietnam’s image in Europe and supporting members in expanding their market reach. However, challenges remain, particularly in improving collaboration among members and expanding the membership base in the coming year.
2. Orientation for 2025
– Expand operations to branches of Vietnamese businesses in Northern and Eastern European countries.
– Launch internal training programs for members.
– Establish a tourism information corner at the Vietnamese Cultural Center in France (CCV) to display promotional materials and advertisements from Association members.
– Strengthen collaboration with the CCV, the National Tourism Administration, and other organizations or individuals in tourism promotion.
– Encourage members to develop green and sustainable tourism products aligned with European trends.
– Continue participating in and moving towards co-organizing cultural events and seminars to enhance the presence of Vietnam’s tourism in the region.
– Promote the application of technology in promotional activities and member networking.
– Balance costs and reserve funds to support self-organized events.
The VNCT Executive Committee extends heartfelt thanks to all Association members, businesses, sponsors, partners, organizations, and supporters who have contributed to these achievements. Together, we are confident in moving forward into 2025.
