INFORMATIONS ON VNCT’S ACTIVITIES
1. Summary report on VNCT’s activities 2024
In order to summarize the activities carried out by the VNCT Association as well as its Executive Committee members, VNCT has prepared a report reviewing the activities of the Vietnam Culture & Tourism Promotion Association in Europe (VNCT) for the year 2024.
Overall, in 2024, VNCT has made significant progress, particularly in its presence at major global tourism fairs, successfully achieving its goal of promoting Vietnamese tourism and showcasing the image of the S-shaped country to international travelers and tourism markets.
2. FITUR fair 2025, Madrid
Ahead of the Lunar New Year 2025, VNCT officially participated in the international tourism fair FITUR in Madrid, Spain, held from January 21-26, 2025. This marked a promising start to the year, as VNCT and its partner businesses achieved significant success at the event.

3. BIT fair 2025, Milan
Following FITUR, VNCT continued its journey of promoting Vietnamese tourism by attending another international tourism fair, BIT, held in Milan, Italy, from February 9-11, 2025.
At the fair, VNCT partnered with Vietnam Airlines to organize exciting activities such as traditional music performances, Vietnamese cuisine tastings, and a lucky wheel game. Additionally, visitors were updated with the latest news about Vietnam’s tourism, including a visa exemption policy allowing foreign tourists to stay for 45 days and the announcement of a direct flight route from Vietnam to Italy starting July 1, 2025.
4. VNCT Executive Board Meeting – February 14 2025
Also in February, VNCT’s Executive Board held its regular meeting. During the meeting, the association reviewed the outcomes of its participation in the two international fairs, FITUR and BIT, identifying achievements as well as areas for improvement in event organization.
The Executive Board acknowledged the positive results, benefiting not only the participating businesses but also VNCT, which managed the Vietnam booth. Regarding organizational shortcomings, VNCT agreed on solutions to enhance preparations for upcoming events, ensuring a more seamless and refined execution.
